We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision to drive innovation and scalability across our automation initiatives. As a leader, you will guide a team of engineers, shape technical strategy, and ensure best practices in AI/ML development.

As a Lead ML Engineer you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-driven applications leveraging LLMs and computer vision.
- Drive technical strategy and best practices for implementing LLMs across various products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML capabilities into business solutions.
- Ensure scalability, efficiency, and reliability of machine learning applications in production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, deep learning, and cloud-based ML solutions to continuously enhance our technology stack.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
- Optimize model performance, inference speed, and cost efficiency for real-world applications.
What will make us choose you?
- +5 years of experience in AI and machine learning, particularly with LLMs and computer vision.
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring ML engineers in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Expertise in deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- +3 years of experience in of ML Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring in production.
- Experience optimizing large-scale machine learning systems for efficiency and performance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an emphasis on algorithmic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
