## The Role
We’re seeking a Lead Enterprise CSM to take ownership of some of our most strategic enterprise accounts and help shape how we deliver success across the enterprise segment. This role combines hands-on account leadership with team enablement and thought leadership.
You’ll work directly with C-level executives, lead executive business reviews that connect product adoption to measurable ROI, and proactively drive retention and expansion in complex global environments. You’ll also raise the bar for the wider Customer Success team by creating scalable playbooks, mentoring peers, and ensuring enterprise customers consistently experience real value from our platform.
## Responsibilities
– Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring adoption, measurable results, renewals, and growth.
– Build and maintain executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
– Run strategic governance calls and QBRs/EBRs that link adoption to business impact, KPIs, and board-level outcomes.
– Identify risks early, develop structured mitigation plans, and surface expansion opportunities across business units or regions.
– Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Account Management, TAM, and Support to align on account strategy and execution.
– Help develop and evolve CS playbooks, best practices, and frameworks for enterprise adoption, renewal forecasting, risk management, and executive engagement.
– Mentor and coach CSMs by modeling executive communication, enterprise account planning, and renewal management.
– Represent the voice of enterprise customers internally to influence the product roadmap, integrations, and go-to-market approach.
## What Success Looks Like
– You earn trusted-advisor status with C-level stakeholders and are routinely involved in strategic conversations.
– Strong GRR and NRR results across the enterprise portfolio, with renewals completed predictably and expansions delivered consistently.
– High product adoption and clear, measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers.
– Expansion playbooks that drive multi-year growth across multiple entities.
– Enterprise frameworks and best practices established and shared across the CS team.
– You’re recognized internally as a go-to leader and escalation point for strategic customers.
## Requirements
– 8–10+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise SaaS customers.
– Proven experience owning renewals and expansions in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
– Demonstrated success running QBRs/EBRs and governance calls with C-level executives.
– Strong problem-solving skills to navigate procurement, compliance, and cross-functional alignment challenges.
– Excellent communication and executive storytelling—able to communicate business value beyond features.
– A hands-on operator who is willing to build playbooks, roll up their sleeves, and engage directly with accounts.
– SaaS experience required; familiarity with GRC, InfoSec, or compliance SaaS is a plus but not required.
– A natural mentor and influencer who can guide CSMs and scale best practices across the team.
## Benefits
– Remote-first work style
– 5 working days with flexible hours
– Group medical insurance (including parents, spouse, and children)
– Group accident coverage
– Group term life insurance
– Company-provided laptop
– Education reimbursement policy
