Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development professional as we begin our next phase of growth. As the first person to hold this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located in time zones from GMT‑8 (U.S. West Coast) to GMT‑3 are preferred; others will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will support the entire sales process—from first contact to closing—with guidance from our founding team. You don’t need deep technical expertise, but a solid understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to new potential customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing sales strategies tailored to our target markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Partnering with the engineering team to share customer needs and market feedback
– Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
– Presenting and demonstrating how our solutions solve customer problems

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native-level English
– 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in the tech industry
– Proven success in acquiring new customers
**REMOTE WORK**
– 100% remote, no office
– Recommended: candidates in the United States with work authorization
– Secondary priority: candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours most days with U.S. time (Eastern Time)
– Suitable for digital nomads—no fixed work location
