Piton Labs is looking for a motivated business development professional as we begin our next phase of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and building new strategic partnerships. Candidates located in time zones between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3 are preferred; others will be considered case by case.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS**
You will contribute to the full sales cycle—from first contact to closing—supported by the founding team. Deep technical expertise is not required, but a strong understanding of software development and the tech industry will help you clearly communicate our value.
Your main responsibilities include:
– Identifying and reaching out to potential new customers
– Representing Piton Labs at meetings, events, and conferences
– Developing and executing targeted sales strategies for our key markets (startups and enterprise innovation)
– Collaborating with the engineering team to share customer needs and market feedback
– Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
– Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions solve customer problems

**GENERAL REQUIREMENTS**
– Native-level English
– 4+ years of experience in business development, ideally in the tech sector
– Proven track record of acquiring new customers
**REMOTE WORK**
– 100% remote, no office location
– Preferred: candidates in the United States with work authorization
– Secondary priority: candidates from Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
– Ability to overlap 4–6 hours per day with US time zones (Eastern Time)
– Suitable for digital nomads, no fixed workplace
