THE TEAM
Torch is seeking a Product Manager to lead our data and analytics initiatives, leveraging AI to unlock insights and drive strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Director of Product Management & Design, you’ll own a critical product area, balancing customer needs and internal priorities to deliver high-value solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, data strategy, and product development, shaping how we tell impactful stories through data. You bring a mix of technical expertise, product thinking, and strategic vision, using data to drive business and customer success.

YOUR ROLE

    • Own the strategy and roadmap for data and analytics products, including customer reporting, internal BI tools, and AI-driven insights
    • Leverage AI/ML to power predictive analytics and help organizations measure coaching impact
    • Drive the vision for AI-powered self-serve analytics, collaborating with engineers and designers
    • Partner with customers and internal teams to understand data needs, use cases, and pain points
    • Develop data collection and reporting strategies that tell a compelling story of coaching impact
    • Transform existing data into valuable new insights through creative storytelling
    • Define key success metrics and measurement frameworks
    • Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to implement solutions
    • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications for new features and improvements
    • Work with data engineering teams to implement solutions and maintain data documentation
    • Champion a data-driven culture at Torch by promoting adoption and understanding
    • Continuously analyze user behavior and feedback to drive product improvements
YOU HAVE

    • 5+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in data products, BI, or analytics
    • 2+ years of experience building AI/ML-driven data products for predictive insights
    • Strong SQL, data modeling, and analytics experience, with knowledge of ETL and data architecture
    • Familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
    • Proven ability to launch data products that drive measurable business impact
    • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Experience with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
NICE TO HAVE

    • Experience delivering products as part of a service design model
    • Expertise in learning & development, behavioral science, leadership, coaching, or workforce management
    • Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics

    • Competitive Compensation – Salary range of $160,000 – $200,000 plus equity options
$160,000 – $200,000 a year
