Qualifications:
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Spanish (Required).
• Reliable computer setup and stable internet connection (Required).
• Must be located in LATAM (Required).
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office environment.
• Positive attitude and strong customer-focused mindset.
• Previous customer support experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking.
