We are looking for enthusiastic, knowledgeable language instructors to join Mango Live, our online live teaching program. In this remote contract position, you will create customized blended learning activities and sessions using Mango Languages’ proprietary tools. You will teach and evaluate groups or individual working professionals, as well as their spouses and children. Your classes will use the communicative approach along with our exclusive methods and curriculum to deliver effective online lessons.

This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in the world and choose the hours that suit your schedule. You will collaborate with a diverse team of coaches and administrators who will support you and exchange ideas. Ongoing feedback and continuous training will help you grow both professionally and personally. As you monitor your students’ progress, you will develop strong relationships and meaningful connections.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly and confidently in both English and their native language. You have teaching experience and a genuine passion for sharing language and culture.

Responsibilities
• Apply the communicative approach and Mango methodology when teaching online.
• Plan individualized sessions using Mango’s learning tools.
• Teach professional clients and, when applicable, their spouses and children.
• Evaluate language skills and provide regular progress reports.
• Manage multiple students and groups with different schedules and proficiency levels.
• Keep accurate attendance records, schedules, and syllabi.
• Teach 10 to 30 hours per week, usually during U.S. business hours.
• Complete 8–12 hours of initial online training, paid by Mango Languages.

Job Requirements
• Native French speaker.
• Advanced English skills.
• Demonstrated experience teaching French to English speakers and/or a degree in language teaching, applied linguistics, or a teaching credential.
• Strong passion for language and cultural learning and teaching.
• Experience using technology in live online instruction is preferred.
• Ability to learn new technologies (experience with Zoom, Google Suite, or similar tools preferred).
