We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and improving Korean (Korea) customer service content. Your role will involve refining machine‑translated text to ensure it is accurate, natural, and fully meets project standards.
What you’ll do:
• Conduct second-pass quality reviews to confirm linguistic accuracy and consistency in assigned batches.
• Reassess and adjust severity ratings to ensure they follow established quality guidelines.
• Spot recurring machine translation issues, including repeated mistakes, tone mismatches, or inconsistent terminology.
• Provide high-level qualitative feedback that contributes to final quality reports and drives continuous improvement.

Requirements:
• Native-level Korean (Korea) proficiency with strong English skills.
• Experience in linguistic quality review, MT evaluation, or localization QA.

• Ability to work independently and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
Compensation: $37.50 per hour
