This is a live chat customer support position. We’re looking for people who can write clear responses for chat conversations online. Candidates must have strong written English skills and a friendly attitude. No prior experience is required.

You will help businesses by replying to live chat messages on their websites or social media pages. The role is fully remote, so you can work online from anywhere.

Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing sales links, and offering discounts through the live chat on the company’s website or social media channels. Pay is hourly.

Contract duration: No fixed term

Hourly pay: $25–35 USD

Requirements: You need a laptop, smartphone, or tablet, along with a reliable internet connection. Basic English writing skills are also required.

Skills/experience: These are beginner-level chat support roles. All training is provided, and prior experience is not necessary.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the world (candidates from the United States are preferred).
