This is a chance to work as a Live Chat Customer Support Agent. We’re seeking individuals who can communicate in writing during online conversations, have strong written English, and maintain a friendly attitude. Prior experience isn’t required.
You’ll assist businesses by responding to customers’ live chat messages on their websites or social media platforms. The position is fully remote, so you can work from anywhere.
Your duties include answering customer questions, sending relevant sales links, and sharing discounts via live chat on the company’s websites or social channels. Pay is based on an hourly rate.
Contract length: ongoing (no set end date)
Compensation: $25–$35 USD per hour
Requirements: you must have a laptop, smartphone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection, along with basic written English.
Skills/experience: entry-level chat support roles are available. Complete training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
Location: fully remote worldwide (preferably the United States)
