• Team Topology: Organize roles and responsibilities for effective project outcomes.
• Contract Expansion: Identify opportunities for new data products through research and feedback.
• Organizational Adoption: Support business processes to foster a data-oriented culture.
• Data Literacy: Help clients recognize the value of data in their strategic objectives.
• Data Solutions: Provide support to clients in creating tailored data solutions, such as Data Platforms, Data Visualization tools, AI Models, and Generative AI applications.
