At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Analyst to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive functional and exploratory tests in an agile setting, utilizing the latest tools and methodologies. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive the testing process, ensuring alignment with client expectations and helping to create digital experiences that embody our values of Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute functional and exploratory tests to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Implement and maintain API and front-end test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements to create detailed test scenarios and test plans.
• Perform thorough API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, and Swagger.
• Document test scenarios with clarity and ensure traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Identify, report, and track defects through resolution in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Python, Selenium, and Appium.
• Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger).
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation abilities for creating clear test scenarios and plans.
• Ability to effectively communicate testing results and quality metrics.
• Collaborative mindset with good interpersonal skills.
