Role Overview:
We are seeking a Scrum Master / Squad Leader to play a pivotal role in guiding and optimizing our client’s agile software development processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional development teams and Product Owners to ensure efficient, timely delivery of high-value software solutions.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory
Proven experience of 3+ years leading Agile teams in a Scrum environment
Key Responsibilities:
Agile Facilitation:
Serve as a servant leader for the Agile team, ensuring alignment with Scrum principles and adapting practices to meet the needs of each project.
Team Empowerment:
Promote a collaborative, transparent, and self-organizing team culture. Mentor and support team members to perform at their best.
Process Execution & Improvement:
Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Continuously improve team processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Backlog & Scope Management:
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage a well-defined and prioritized product backlog aligned with project goals and business value.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team performance. Use insights from metrics to drive improvements and make informed decisions.
Product Owner Support:
Coach Product Owners to optimize backlog prioritization and refine user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
Impediment Removal:
Identify and address blockers or conflicts that may impact the team’s productivity, fostering an environment of proactive problem-solving.
Continuous Improvement Culture:
Encourage a mindset of continuous learning and process enhancement. Facilitate initiatives that improve team dynamics, product quality, and delivery speed.
₱140,000 – ₱175,000 a month
