Objective: Own the end-to-end test strategy and execution to ensure each release meets both functional and non-functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

– Define and maintain test plans, traceability, and entry/exit criteria.

– Write and execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, exploratory).

– Collaborate with teams on shared suites (API tests in Postman, automation scripts review).

– Integrate and monitor tests in CI/CD pipelines (shift-left approach).

– Coordinate test data/environments with DevOps, manage fixtures/stubs.

– Log detailed, reproducible bug reports and assist in defect triage.

– Provide test results and release readiness reports to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Experience with any automation framework (Playwright/JavaScript preferred).

– Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation

– Understanding of the testing pyramid and types: Smoke, UI, API, Regression, Accessibility.

– Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools.

– Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and Jira/Scrum processes.

– Basic knowledge of CI/CD and Continuous Validation pipelines.

– Ability to communicate with stakeholders and present to leadership.

– Strong English (upper-intermediate or above) and multitasking under pressure.

Nice-to-have Skills:

– Experience with JMeter (load/performance testing). Ability to configure initial automation projects.
