Purple Technology, a Czech outsourcing company that provides services for partners in the FinTech sector, is looking for a Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Japanese and available to work JST or CET hours. The main responsibility is to offer customer support for a finance‑related service and respond to client inquiries via email and Japanese chat. The role also includes administrative duties such as processing customer registrations and maintaining communication records. Our partner company, Fintokei, focuses on finding skilled and motivated traders and giving them the chance to trade with significant capital at a fraction of the usual cost.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Communicate with clients via email and chat and address their questions, requests, and complaints
• Prepare clear and detailed responses
• Handle requests according to the appropriate process guidelines
• Report issues or errors to the Team Leader or relevant department
• Work with trading platforms and replicate reported issues
• Transcribe Japanese names into Latin characters
• Communicate with internal departments through Slack and email
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• Some experience in customer service
• Native-level Japanese (N1) and English proficiency at least at B2 level
• Ability to work fixed hours (9 a.m.–5 p.m.) in either the Japan or Central Europe time zone
• Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
• A proactive, can‑do approach
• Clear, concise, friendly, and empathetic communication with clients and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge of trading platforms
• Motivation to join a remote team in a multicultural environment
