In this role, you will review and analyze recordings to ensure they meet project standards, with a strong focus on accent recognition and evaluating regional variations and speech naturalness. No transcription or audio recording is required.

Key Responsibilities
• Listen to short Japanese audio samples and assess them using a set rubric.
• Identify specific target accents in the recordings.
• Compare different clips and determine which sounds more natural for the intended accent.
• Apply the evaluation guidelines consistently and objectively.
• Complete tasks accurately and on time.

Requirements
• Native-level Japanese proficiency with deep knowledge of regional accents and dialects.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken, to follow instructions and project documentation.
• Excellent listening abilities to distinguish subtle accent differences.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines reliably.

Additional Preferred Qualities
• Previous experience in audio evaluation is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and strong listening skills for distinguishing accent variations.
