We’re building a remote team of 15+ Customer Success Representatives in Poland to improve conversions and reduce cancellations across our six European markets (UK, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy). The Customer Success Representative will handle a variety of daily tasks, including improving fulfillment rates using dedicated tools, supporting Taskers throughout their registration journey through high-touch calls, and stepping in to help wherever funnel tasks need attention.
In this role, you will follow detailed standard operating procedures after completing formal training and onboarding for each operational program you join. We aim to put our values into action in every interaction and are looking for colleagues who genuinely want to make everyday life easier for our community.
Based in Poland, this remote-first position reports to the Operations Team Lead. What You’ll Do:
– Resolve user issues efficiently and accurately primarily through email, chat, and phone, while meeting and exceeding KPIs for customer satisfaction, productivity, and accuracy.
– Take thorough notes as part of your core responsibilities and suggest improvements to your team lead.
– Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders by going above and beyond to deliver an exceptional experience, resolving questions effectively on the first attempt.
– Stay organized, accountable, and responsible—use your resources to keep up with all SOPs and program updates as they happen.
Your Skills and Experience:
– At least 1 year of customer service experience, contact center experience, or a similar role.
– Strong customer service skills, including empathy, courtesy, kindness, efficiency, confidence, and helpfulness.
– A tech-curious mindset, excellent typing skills, and comfort navigating online tools and systems.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling.
– Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
– Fluency in English and Italian.
– Eligibility to work in Poland; relocation support is not available for this role.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Taskrabbit, compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent, and equitable. Total compensation includes base pay, bonus, benefits, and perks. The annual base pay for this position is 90,000 PLN. This figure reflects base pay only and does not include other cash compensation, such as company bonuses or benefits.
