Some details: we usually develop natively but also use Xamarin in occasions it is a fit. On the services side, Rails is our go-to. We use Git, and when a client really needs us to, SVN (rare). We’re Trello fans. Our org is pretty flat–we have platform leads and one dev manager. The team is currently about 22, perched on-site here in the TAXI development in RiNo on the 4th floor of the new DRIVE II building.
