What you will do:
In this role, you will support the Paymentology Talent Acquisition team and hiring teams by scheduling video interviews for candidates at different stages of the selection process across 14+ time zones.
What it takes to succeed:
- Fluency in English—both speaking and writing
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Ability to schedule appointments and interviews across multiple time zones and locations
- Strong customer focus
- Capacity to multi-task accurately in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to handle changing schedules and priorities
- Ability and interest in working with remote team members and hiring managers
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
