Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) combined with a modern approach on integration are core building blocks in the future success of CODE. We are now looking for an Integration Specialist to step in and move the integration process forward together with our dynamic team of entrepreneurs, designers and engineers. This is a truly global and outgoing position, with a flexible location and a lot of time spent on site of our acquisitions globally. Our main office is located at Epicenter, in the heart of Stockholm.
Your challenge & personality As an Integration Specialist, you are a key person in the build-up of our integration team with the responsibility for coordinating and taking lead in strategic M&A integration initiatives. You play an important part in end-to-end integrations within our industry, and you are a part of the evolution of our integrational frameworks and methods. Being an advisor and link between multiple organizations and business units, you use your developer mindset and a holistic view to co-operate with product managers, developers, operations and other stakeholders, translating their requirements into business value and technical requirements.
Your skills and qualifications You have a BSc or higher in Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. As our team at Sandvik CODE is truly international, you have great communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. You also understand that travel and interacting with new people and cultures are integral components of successful integration. Other valuable skills and experiences are:
Experience from post-merger integration in a role as a technical or functional specialist
Ability to translate business requirements and high-level architectures into solution designs targeting cloud based micro services that interface trough open api’s and modern web-based interfaces
A background as a software engineer with working experience from agile software development projects
Experience from API and iPaaS platforms like Dell Boomi, Apigee, MuleSoft etc.
Ability to balance a long-term holistic view with short-term implications resulted by urgent decisions made within integration projects
Experience from working in large cross-border, multi-organizational projects
