Hey Contact Heroes is launching a new and expanded inbound customer service project for a major, well‑known mobile network provider, focused on prepaid customers.

We are looking for reliable and motivated freelancers from around the world who live outside Germany and want to support us long‑term with inbound customer service.

Tasks
What to expect:
• Handling inbound calls about prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top‑ups, and basic technical questions
• A professional project setup with dedicated points of contact
• Flexible working hours within the project scope – you choose when you work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100% remote – work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

Qualifications
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Freelance/independent contractor status in your country of residence
• Residence outside Germany
• Ability to issue proper invoices for international clients (including us), according to local legal requirements
• Compliance with tax obligations in your country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language level C1/C2
• Experience in telephone customer support is an advantage
• Independent work style and strong organizational skills
• Long‑term commitment to the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful computer
• A quiet and private home office space (no access or visibility for third parties)
• Secure use of web‑based tools
