The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing new business implementations. This role supports the ongoing needs of the business while ensuring best practices are implemented. This role is a high visibility customer facing position which requires acting as the primary point of contact during the implementation lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to

    • Prepare detailed project implementation plans, manage the plan, and prepare and implement programs while effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Identify potential issues/ risks
    • Proactively communicate project requirements to external and internal project teams as required
    • Prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, maintain project plans and communicates status to team members, and senior management
    • Plan, lead and organize multiple projects and adhere to the business partner’s expectations
    • Develop project timelines and detailed work plans
    • Ensure projects are implemented within contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
    • Provide customer warm handoff to field-based Territory Managers or Sales Directors when implementation is complete
    • Ensure all customer information and communications are efficiently and consistently completed and documented in CRM
    • Ensure a smooth transition to operations and sales post launch
    • Update/ maintain the operations CRM, answer questions from other departments and research contracts

Required Skills and Experience

    • High school Diploma or GED with 5 years of healthcare experience and/or project management experience (OR) applicable Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in Healthcare Provider Relations, Account Management, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or other relevant experience
    • Demonstrated ability to problem solve and work collaboratively
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Required skills: Strong Microsoft office skills – Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication and organizations skills
    • Ability to adapt to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to meet deadlines and implement prioritization skills
Preferred Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
    • Experience supporting customer service engagements remotely
    • 2 years of healthcare experience in long term/managed care, home health, hospital or medical equipment
    • Experience with CRM, Salesforce, or similar software
    • Experience working with billing claims and authorizations
    • Previous knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare benefit programs
    • Experience with Smartsheet and/ or other project management software
Physical Requirements

    • Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
    • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
    • Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
