Implementation Consultant, Level II

Location: Westminster, CO, San Diego, CA or Remote

On Target Earnings Range (base + commission): $100,000 – $120,000

EVS is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our team. We are building a team of exceptionally talented people and are looking for someone who will help customers implement our enterprise SaaS software in their operations. You will be responsible for taking the client from the beginning of implementation through go live. You will lead the documentation of clients’ current and new business processes, piloting and documenting new processes, identifying gaps, testing, data migration, configuring reports, and leading training programs. This position requires travel to and from client locations as well as a flexible work schedule based on the needs of the business.

What you’ll do:

Act as the Lead Consultant for multiple, simultaneous projects

Lead on-site discoveries, efficiently documenting current process flows, WMS requirements, and Gaps between EVS software and client requirements

Build process flow solutions based on customer needs

Lead on-site piloting, walking through every process step in the software

Work with EVS project managers and developers to test and validate new custom software enhancements

Lead Go Lives (including evenings, Holidays, and weekends) to cut over the client to their new WMS

Develop high-level client relationships and confidence in the solutions to their needs

Analyze complex, escalated issues and offer alternative business solutions

Coordinate between customers and technical teams to understand customer needs, plan and lead the analysis of complex problems and data

Analyze and determine process problems, resolve them and prepare technical specifications

Document business requirements, training manuals, monthly executive report, use cases & technical specification documents

Collaborate with users to resolve queries, provide training requirements and recommend changes and enhancements to their system

Travel to a client’s location in order to offer a high level of support

Train customers on EVS software functions

Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner

Consistently achieve designated percentage of billable work hour goals

You should have:

Experience implementing enterprise systems such as WMS or ERP

Strong knowledge of enterprise software applications
