In collaboration with our Corporate Information Technology (CIT) department, our Human Resources team is seeking an HRIS Integration Specialist to identify user requirements to design, development, and test new integrations across various cloud based SaaS applications. As such, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new technologies like Learning Management Systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Centrify, Applicant Tracking, SSO, and more!
As the HRIS Integration Specialist, you will collaborate remotely with a small team of WorkDay Specialists. You will have the opportunity to work from home or you can work out of any of our east coast offices!
Details
Develop, document and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
Build and support custom integration solutions to SaaS systems across Harris enterprise systems
Manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks.
Collaborate with IT and HR to review current Workday configurations and recommend changes and improvements.
Qualifications
3+ years of ERP, CRM, HRIS, or HCM integrating experience with a focus of Human Resources software applications.
A mandatory minimum of 2+ years of WorkDay systems experience.
1+ years of experience designing, building, and testing WorkDay systems; including Time Tracking, Compensation and Recruiting, Reporting/Analytics, and Talent and Performance.
Basic knowledge of various integration technologies; such as EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, . Net, Cloud, SaaS or other integration technologies.
Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize.
Assets
Working knowledge of HR best practices in a large global company environment.
Workday Integration Certification (Would be considered a strong asset)
