Your role

You will fulfill all HR Operations to make sure that Ancora staff is able to work smooth. It is a central and crucial role to have the company running smooth by guiding and servicing the managers and staff appropriately. The role offers a great variety of subjectsand tasks with a lot of self-influence on how to shape the role.

All current HR operations & processesare in the scope of this role, whereas a Recruiter will take ownership of the job openings.

In this role you will work closely with all line managers as we have a managers self-management systems.

Responsibilities of this role are (amongst others):

HR Operations

• Sparring partnerfor line management on all HR -topics. Wide variety, from internal comp&ben guidelines, managing the team, sick-leave, and more.

• Handling all HR- questions from staff (indirect via line management or depending on topic directly)- for instance on payslips, benefits, special leave, reimbursements, L&D-options, and many more

• Handling all employment and external labor-contracts . The initial contracts, extensions, fromdrafting proposals, negotiations up to the signing and implementing of the content.

• Handling all employment-changes, as well as arranging, filing, communicating and accuracy of the HR system.

HR processes

You will own the main HR Processes, that support our daily business. For instance:

• Pre-boarding process: arrange all that is needed to be prepared on time

• Onboarding process: guide new staff &line managers to offer a welcoming, smooth onboarding experience

• Off boarding: guide leaver &managers, exit interview, and take appropriate administrative actions

• Sick Leave – control company status and execute on it in general and individual cas

• Holiday – control execution of holiday procedures

• Monthly hours administration: take ownership of this process

• Support line managers on managing their teams on personal growth & performance review

Also other important People & Culture topics are in the scope of this role. For instance you advice Leadership on People Engagement and execute way forward. For instance arranging townhall sessions or great social events like parties, are suggested and organized by you!

Your team

You will be part of the People & Cultureteam. The current team will be re-structured & expandedto 1 HR Officer, 1 recruiter, reporting into theManager.Besides this job opening,we will post another job opening toadd a recruiter to the team.

In this role you will work closely with all other teams, the finance-team in particular.

Your Profiel

For this role an eager, enthusiast HR-professional who just started his/her career or is ready for a step 2, will match very well.

Key for this role is that the HR officer is pro-active and not only able to see what needs to be done but also gets things done! A lot of topics will be on your plate, making it a very divers role thatrequires you to keep overview of all that is going on and arrange it smoothly. For this, priority setting is key as well.

• A Bachelor or Master in HR will be very useful, ideally witha few years ofexperience in a HR -type of role ( for instance intermediary at an employment agency could be an interesting background for this role)

• Good Dutch & English language skills

• An interest in ahealthy lifestylein line with our company foundation is importan
