As the first HR Professional at our fast growing startup (50+ people in 5 countries fully remote) you’ll set us up to continue to grow quickly, decide on policies & procedures, and implement them.

1. What’s in new employee orientation? How does payroll get run?
2. How should we do new manager training? What if your manager is also a new manager?
3. What should career ladders look across organizations, both now and as the company grows?
3. What’s the cadence and process for in-year and end of year reviews?

These are all decisions you’ll own. You can see our 9 company values on our company page, but the first one is Ownership and Bias for Action. This means you get to make these decisions, and the team depends on you to get them right and implement good systems because there is no committee.

Bring your experience working with people, running an HR function. Bring your successes, but more importantly bring with you the scars and lessons of trying new things that went badly.
