About Us
We are a hotel and Airbnb management company based in New York City, supported by a global remote team (we were remote long before it became popular!). Founded in 2015, we made it through the pandemic and are now growing again.

Looking For
We’re seeking an outstanding team member to join our guest and booking services department. Your main responsibilities will include answering guest questions, reviewing and responding to booking requests, and providing general guest support. Because inquiry volume is relatively low, you’ll also be assigned administrative, marketing, sales, or research tasks during your shift, based on your strengths and interests.

Shift
You will work from your computer Monday through Friday and keep an eye on calls and messages from your phone on weekends (weekends are very quiet, with only one or two messages on average). When applying, please detail your hotel or Airbnb guest services experience.

• 12am to 8am NYC time
• 4pm to 12am NYC time

Salary:
$1,250 to $2,500 per month, depending on experience.

Requirements
• 5+ years of hotel or Airbnb guest services experience
• A reliable internet connection of at least 20 Mbps
• A backup internet connection for emergencies
• A laptop and phone capable of running the latest versions of iGMS and Line2
• A calm, level-headed approach and quick thinking
• Creative problem-solving under pressure
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once

Optional Skills (tell us if you have any of these!)
• Social media experience
• Sales experience
• Marketing experience
• Real estate research experience
• Bookkeeping experience
• Spanish, French, and/or German
