Job Description:
We’re seeking a proactive Sales Hunter who already has relationships with agencies and recruiters to help us onboard new companies that want to advertise job openings on We Work Remotely. In this role, you’ll use your network to generate leads, foster strong relationships with agencies, and target companies that would benefit from promoting remote positions through our platform.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Find and reach out to new agencies, recruiters, and companies that are well-suited to post jobs on We Work Remotely.
- Use your existing relationships to create new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key agencies and recruiters.
- Clearly communicate the value of We Work Remotely to prospective clients and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Use CRM tools to track and report sales activity, forecasts, and results.
- Work with the internal team to coordinate sales strategies and enhance product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally with agencies and recruiters.
- Strong industry network in agency and recruiting, with established relationships.
- Goal-oriented, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and across multiple time zones.
- A positive attitude and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
