We’re looking for a Head of Talent & Recruiting to help build our team.
About You
- 5 years or more of recruiting technical and non-technical talent for a fast-growing startup.
- At least 2 years experience managing external recruiters / junior internal recruiters.
- Track record of successfully recruiting exceptional candidates
- Prior background at a B2B SaaS startup.
- Willingness to act as individual contributor in the near-term.
- Prior agency recruiting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
- Manage external recruiters, and as team grows, internal recruiters
- Manage recruiting process through screening, interview, feedback and offer
- Research and maintain compensation benchmarks for common roles
$100,000 — $150,000/year
