REQUIREMENTS
3-8 years of Operations and/or Leadership experience
Must have managed teams of 10+

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will ideate, implement, and manage the complete scope of StudySoup’s campus growth operations. We have Big Hairy Goals (BHGs) and the support of leading investors around the U.S. to change the face of how we look at learning today. Your #1 priority will be to help us create systems and empower our employees (and campus ambassadors) to reach those goals.
You will establish processes to scale our growth systems from 10 to thousands of campuses worldwide
You will build an A-Z playbook to successfully launch campuses
