Your Role:

• Leading and developing the entire QA & Product Support team of 15+ Manual & Automation Engineers in an agile organization both locally & remote;

• Assessing product quality requirements, define quality KPIs for all products and be responsible for keeping those up;

• Promoting and implementing QA as an integral part of the development process;

• Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal functions including Infrastructure, Business Intelligence, Development, Support, Marketing and Operations;

• Increase efficiency and stability in automation testing and defect prevention.
