We’re building the go‑to publication at the intersection of AI and Growth. Our mission is to create writing and courses that define how marketers and operators put AI into practice. Think in‑depth reference pieces like the GEO Field Guide and the programs offered inside our community.

We’re hiring a Managing Editor to lead this work.

For this role, you’ll need to be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee the editorial calendar for GrowthX’s publication and community.
• Write, edit, and publish long‑form thought leadership on AI x Growth, marketing, and GTM workflows.
• Collaborate with our team and external contributors to turn research and experiments into publishable content.
• Create educational materials—including courses, playbooks, and workshop resources—for our members.
• Serve as the first reader and editor, elevating the clarity, depth, and originality of all published work.
• Build scalable editorial systems that expand our output while maintaining quality.
• Grow into a subject‑matter expert on AI x Growth over time.

What We’re Looking For
• Demonstrated writing and editing skill—you can produce work that matches the quality of reputable publications, not just SEO content.
• Strong expertise in at least one marketing discipline (content, paid, product marketing, brand, demand gen, etc.).
• Curiosity about AI x Growth and a willingness to develop deep expertise.
• Experience creating thought leadership, community content, or materials similar to developer relations.
• Ability to write or edit across multiple formats: articles, research reports, courses, and copy.
• Strong editorial judgment and a sense for which ideas matter and how to communicate them.
