As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will drive multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies to grow both B2B and courier pipelines at Stuart. You will lead paid and organic marketing efforts, optimise campaigns across multiple platforms and work closely with cross-functional teams to maximise performance.
To ensure effective collaboration with key stakeholders, this role requires you to be present in the office at least 3 days a week.
What will I be doing? 🤔
- Strategic Paid Marketing – Lead and optimise multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic platforms. Test new channels while ensuring optimal ROAS, revenue growth, and CAC efficiency through continuous experimentation;
- Creative Strategy & Implementation – Develop compelling creative briefs and implement data-driven testing methodologies to identify high-performing assets that drive growth and engagement across channels;
- Organic Growth & Content Marketing – Drive SEO strategy and content initiatives to improve unbranded search traffic and organic acquisition. Optimise HubSpot CRM for effective lead nurturing;
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Own campaign analytics across GA4, HubSpot, Tableau, and visualisation tools to extract actionable insights that drive performance. Lead regular reporting while identifying growth opportunities;
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align acquisition strategies and optimise budget allocation across channels. Proactively communicate progress and drive initiatives forward;
- Growth Innovation – Explore and implement both digital and offline growth initiatives, including localised marketing campaigns that expand our market presence and deliver measurable results;
- Budget Management – Establish effective budget allocation across all marketing channels; plan, present, review, and execute spending to maximise ROI and achieve growth targets.
What do we need from you? 😎
- Experience in multi-channel performance marketing (paid, SEO, CRM, offline);
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, HubSpot, and campaign tracking;
- Understanding of courier acquisition and B2B demand generation strategies;
- Strong understanding of ABM strategies, including funnel optimisation and multi-touch attribution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, AdRoll, and content syndication;
- Ability to test, iterate, and optimise across various acquisition channels;
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design);
- Experience in delivery, the food industry, or SaaS is a plus.
- Required languages: French and English
