Piton Labs is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help drive our next stage of growth. As the first person in this role, you will play a key part in expanding our customer base and establishing new strategic partnerships. We strongly prefer candidates based between GMT-8 (US West Coast) and GMT-3, though exceptions may be considered.

**Responsibilities and expectations**
You will be involved throughout the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—supported by our founding team. While you don’t need deep technical expertise, having a general understanding of software development and the broader tech ecosystem will help you communicate our value clearly.

Your main responsibilities include:
• Identifying and reaching out to prospective clients
• Representing Piton Labs at events, conferences, and meetings
• Creating and executing sales strategies targeting startups and corporate innovation
• Working with the engineering team to share client feedback and requirements
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication
• Delivering presentations and demos that show how our solutions address client needs

**General requirements**
• Native-level English proficiency
• 4+ years of business development experience, ideally in a tech setting
• Proven track record of generating new business

**Remote work policy**
• Fully remote with no physical office
• Preference for candidates in the US who have legal authorization to work
• Secondary consideration for candidates in Canada, Uruguay, or Paraguay
• Ability to overlap with Eastern Time for 4–6 hours most days
• Open to digital nomads—no fixed location required
