This internal IT backbone is of critical operational importance. Our Group has grown to a size where the maintenance, extension, and scaling of the internal IT system requires a full-time support.

Responsibilities:
Administer all internal tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, Google Drive, GitHub, LastPass, and more)
Assist with the planning of rollouts for new tools and systems
Drive the implementation and rollout of new tools and software as per the team’s plans
Assist with designing, implementing, and managing bespoke systems built by the internal development team
Evaluate and make suggestions on tools and software, like synchronizations, single-sign-on, etc.
Document existing processes and usage of tools
Conduct the technical onboarding and offboarding of new employees (setup of new accounts, support with questions, password rotation, etc)
Assist in managing inventory, order, and decommission of our hardware
Respond to questions from the Amazee team about managed tools and software via Slack and video chat
Requirements:
Working during office hours in UTC+0 up to UTC+3 – you live in this timezone or like to work during these hours
3 years+ of Systems Administrator experience or similar
Working knowledge of Linux, Mac OS X, Windows
Communicate effectively via cat gifs and emojis
You can work independently as well as part of a team
Able to analyze problems
You stay calm and focused when outages occur
You are comfortable reading, writing, and communicating in English (and cat gifs)
You have a security mindset (IE: You know why "password" is not a safe password)
Ideally, you would already be able to write, manage, and maintain automation scripts written in Bash, PHP, Perl, etc, or you would show an inclination and motivation to skill-up in this direction

Knowledge and experience in development of automation tools
