Your role will be key in making sure every member feels appreciated, supported, and motivated throughout their learning journey with us.
Your place in the IxDF Universe
Contact members and prospective learners daily through multiple channels—email, chat, and social media—providing fast, accurate responses. You’ll troubleshoot issues, offer guidance, and help ensure a smooth user experience.
Act as a brand ambassador by representing our reputation in every interaction. You’ll clearly communicate our mission and values and take pride in supporting a global community dedicated to design education. It’s a big responsibility—and a rewarding one.
Collaborate across departments to improve internal processes and strengthen the platform’s user experience. You’ll connect teams and help ensure our operations are efficient and focused on delivering the best outcomes for our members.
Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed for the wider team. From organizing tasks to scheduling and supporting project coordination, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly.
Maintain and improve documentation by ensuring our resources are current, easy to find, and useful for both internal teams and learners. Your work will help others succeed.
Help shape internal processes that affect member engagement and key performance indicators (KPIs). You’ll review workflows and suggest improvements to better serve our members.
Update our internal knowledge base and contribute to organization-wide knowledge-sharing initiatives. You’ll make sure important insights and best practices are accessible to everyone, supporting continuous improvement.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams to share customer needs and insights. By providing valuable feedback, you’ll help increase retention, improve member satisfaction, and support growth.
Live our values, since you’ll often be the first point of contact for our community. You’ll help welcome and support members, strengthening our foundation through meaningful interactions.
Take full responsibility for your tasks, working independently with self-discipline. You’ll deliver high-quality work consistently, meet deadlines, and stay focused while managing multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
