Qualifications:

• Not required, but experience living, working, or studying in the US or Canada is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office environment.
• A positive, professional attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Previous customer support experience is helpful but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly.
