Our Customer Support team operates from multiple countries, assisting customers worldwide. We are a diverse group with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Our efforts help customers get the most out of our platform and contribute to higher satisfaction and engagement.

YOUR MISSION
As a Customer Support Representative, you will answer customer inquiries, offer general assistance, and guide users in reaching their goals. A successful candidate will effectively communicate the excitement and innovation behind our software. You will help turn our customer base into enthusiastic Mural users by demonstrating how simple and enjoyable it is to collaborate through design thinking with Mural.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle and respond to customer inquiries
• Get to know our customers and represent their needs
• Teach and guide customers via email, chat, phone, and video
• Support the Customer Experience team with account management when needed
• Work with the Product team to suggest improvements
• Partner with Customer Success on educational initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• 2+ years of experience in software customer support (preferably B2B)
• Strong spoken and written English skills (additional languages are a bonus)
• A genuine desire to understand, assist, and teach customers
• Curiosity and a drive to find better solutions
• A strong commitment to helping teams thrive and empathy for users
• Experience diagnosing and reporting software issues
• Experience collaborating with QA and development teams on bug tracking
• Strong visual communication skills
• The ability to offer clear, concise guidance via email, phone, video, or in person
• Availability for some weekend shifts
• Working hours will be 14:00 to 22:00 ART
