Welocalize is looking for candidates who are native-level speakers of German and Turkish to work on music lyric transcription and content quality review. The ideal candidate will be based in Ireland or the UK. Our Fortune 100 technology client seeks individuals with strong backgrounds in music, lyrics, metadata, data analysis, or translation.

Position: German and Turkish Music Specialist
Location: Remote, based in Ireland or the UK
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: €35,000 (or £31,850 per year in the UK)
Contract: Permanent, with benefits
Start Date: As soon as possible

In this role, you will analyze music lyric content in German and Turkish. About 65% of your time will be spent transcribing lyrics, 25% proofreading and editing, and 10% reviewing metadata. Strong language skills and music knowledge are essential. You should have an interest in technology and be willing to question existing workflows to help improve tools and processes.

Preferred skills include being self-motivated, attentive to detail, open-minded, positive, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should have good awareness of the tech industry, take responsibility for your work, manage time effectively, solve problems well, and have a passion for music and lyrics.
