Hello! Contact Heroes is launching a major new prepaid customer support initiative for a well-known mobile communications provider. This is an inbound customer service position.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated freelancers based in the EU (excluding Germany) who can support us long term with inbound customer questions.

If you live and work outside Germany and want to work remotely as a self-employed freelancer, this opportunity is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**
You can expect:
– Answering incoming calls about prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical issues
– A professional project setup with dedicated points of contact
– Flexible working hours within the project schedule—you choose your hours
– Hourly pay or payment per productive minute (depending on the project model)
– Fully remote work from anywhere in the EU (except Germany)

**Requirements**
1. **Legal and administrative requirements:**
– Freelance/self-employed status in your country of residence
– Living in a country outside Germany
– Ability to issue legally compliant invoices to international clients (including us)
– Responsibility for paying taxes in your home country

2. **Professional and personal requirements:**
– German proficiency at C1/C2 level
– Experience in phone-based customer service is a plus
– Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
– Interest in working on this project long term

3. **Technical requirements:**
– Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
– Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a high-performance PC
– A quiet, private home office where no third party can access or see your workspace
– Confident, comfortable use of web-based tools
