Hey Contact Heroes is expanding its inbound customer service project for a major, well-known mobile network provider, focused specifically on prepaid customers.

We’re looking for dependable, motivated freelancers worldwide—located outside Germany—who want to support us long term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside Germany and want to work remotely as an independent freelancer, this is a great opportunity.

Tasks / What to expect:
• Answer incoming calls about prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions
• Receive a professional project onboarding with dedicated points of contact
• Flexible working hours within project requirements—you choose your schedule
• Hourly pay or pay per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• Fully remote work—work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

Qualifications:
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Freelance/independent contractor status in your country of residence
• Residency outside Germany
• Ability to issue compliant invoices for international clients (including us) according to local regulations
• Meet all tax obligations in your country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Previous telephone customer support experience is a plus
• Independent working approach and strong organizational skills
• Long-term commitment to the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a high-performance computer
• Quiet, private home office with no third-party access or visibility
• Secure use of web-based tools
