Hey Contact Heroes is launching a new, expanded inbound customer service project for a major, well-known mobile network provider, focused on prepaid customers.

We’re seeking dependable and motivated freelancers from around the world who live outside Germany and want to support us long-term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside Germany and want to work remotely as an independent freelancer, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Tasks / What to expect:
• Handling inbound calls about prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical questions
• A professional project setup with dedicated points of contact
• Flexible working hours within the project scope—you choose when you work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100% remote work—work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

Qualifications:
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Freelance/independent contractor status in your country of residence
• Residence outside Germany
• Ability to issue proper invoices for international clients (including us) according to local legal requirements
• Compliance with tax obligations in your country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer support is a plus
• Independent working style and strong organizational skills
• Commitment to the project over the long term

3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful computer
• A quiet, private home office space with no third-party access or visibility
• Secure use of web-based tools
