Hello! Contact Heroes is launching a new, expanded inbound customer service project for a major, well‑known mobile communications provider, focusing on prepaid customers.
We are seeking reliable and motivated freelancers from around the globe who live outside Germany and want to support us long‑term with inbound customer service.
If you live and work outside Germany and want to work remotely as a freelancer, this opportunity is for you.
Tasks
What awaits you:
• Managing inbound calls regarding prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top‑ups, and basic technical issues
• A professional project setup with dedicated points of contact
• Flexible working hours within the project framework: you decide when you want to work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• Fully remote: work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)
Qualifications
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Freelance/self‑employed status in your country of residence
• Residence outside Germany
• Ability to issue valid invoices to international clients (including us) in accordance with local regulations
• Compliance with your country’s tax laws
2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is a plus
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Long‑term commitment to the project
3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• A private, quiet home workspace with no third‑party access or visibility
• Confident and secure use of web‑based tools
