Hey, Contact Heroes is launching a new and expanded inbound customer service project for a major and well‑known mobile communications provider, focused on prepaid customers.

We are looking for reliable and motivated freelancers from around the world who live outside Germany and want to support us long‑term with inbound customer service.

Tasks
What you can expect:
• Handling inbound calls about prepaid products, plans, SIM cards, top‑ups, and basic technical questions
• A professional project structure with dedicated contacts
• Flexible working hours within the project framework: you choose when you want to work
• Payment per hour or per productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100% remote: work from anywhere in the world (except Germany)

Qualifications
1. Legal and formal requirements:
• Freelance/self‑employed status in your country of residence
• Residence outside Germany
• Ability to issue valid invoices to international clients (including us) based on local legal requirements
• Compliance with the tax obligations of your country

2. Professional and personal requirements:
• German language level C1/C2
• Experience in telephone customer service is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and stay well‑organized
• Long‑term commitment to the project

3. Technical requirements:
• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• Private and quiet workspace at home (no access or visibility for third parties)
• Confident and secure use of web‑based tools
