OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Generative AI Analyst to contribute to a major machine learning initiative. In this role, you will craft high‑quality prompts and responses on a wide range of subjects, lead labeling projects with both internal teams and external partners, and produce clear, detailed guidelines to support accuracy and consistency in large language model datasets. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with native‑level U.S. English, comfortable working with data, and experienced in training teams on effective LLM development practices. This fully remote position is ideal for someone eager to work with advanced AI technologies.

Pay Rate: 27.38 dollars per hour

Key Responsibilities
• Write creative prompts and responses across a variety of topics
• Lead labeling projects with internal stakeholders and third‑party partners
• Develop and revise detailed guidelines and specifications for project teams
• Train teams on best practices for building large language models and datasets

Requirements
• Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to work with cutting‑edge machine learning technology
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience

Ways to stand out
• Degree or experience in Linguistics, English Literature, Creative Writing, Journalism, or domain fields such as law, medicine, mathematics, or coding
• Strong understanding of large language models and RLHF
• Experience labeling or tagging data for deep neural networks
• Background in QA or testing
• Python scripting skills are a plus

Compensation: 27.38 dollars per hour
