Limitless Technology is seeking a passionate and empathetic **Customer Service Chat Specialist** to join our worldwide remote team of freelance support professionals.

In this role, you’ll represent one of the world’s most well-known gaming brands. You’ll collaborate with hundreds of fellow gamers and use your skills to help others enjoy quick, smooth, and seamless experiences through clear, friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, solve issues, and ensure every customer conversation feels easy.

– Fully remote, freelance, hourly position
– Currently available shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:30pm UTC
– Hourly pay: $5–$20 based on location, plus extra incentives for quality and volume
– You can choose your own shifts
– To stay on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat interactions
– As support needs grow, we’ll expand coverage for more regions and introduce 24/7 shifts to increase scheduling flexibility

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting product users and values having control over their work hours.

**What you’ll do**
– Use chat to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and help customers find solutions
– Provide accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values
– Escalate complex cases to specialist teams when needed
– Keep clear, consistent notes for each interaction
– Stay current on product updates, service information, and policies to deliver informed support
– Share feedback on repeated issues to help improve the overall customer experience

**What you’ll need**
– Customer service experience, ideally through chat or digital support
– Strong written English, including excellent spelling and grammar
– Confidence using multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet and a personal computer
– Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings or weekends when required
– Any additional client-specific requirements, such as an active PSN ID for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community suspensions in the past 12 months
– A minimum of a 64-bit Windows 11 device (Mac and Chromebooks support will be added soon)
