Limitless Technology is looking for a passionate and empathetic Customer Service Chat Specialist to strengthen our global remote network of freelance support professionals.
In this role, you represent one of the world’s best-known gaming brands. You’ll work alongside hundreds of like-minded teammates and use your expertise to help other players enjoy smooth, seamless experiences through fast, clear, and friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction feels effortless.
– This position is fully remote, freelance, and paid hourly.
– Shifts are currently available Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:30 PM UTC.
– Pay ranges from $5 to $20 per hour depending on location, with additional incentives based on quality and volume.
– You can choose your own shifts.
– To stay active on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100 or more chat interactions.
– Over time, we’ll expand support for global markets and introduce 24/7 shift options to make scheduling even more flexible.
This role is ideal for someone who loves supporting product users and values flexibility in when and how they work.
What you’ll do
– Interact with customers via chat to answer questions, resolve problems, and guide them to solutions.
– Provide high-quality, accurate support that meets service standards and reflects the brand’s tone and values.
– Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed.
– Keep clear, consistent records of every interaction.
– Stay up to date on product updates, service information, and policies to deliver informed support.
– Share insights on recurring issues to improve the overall customer experience.
What you bring
– Proven customer service experience, ideally in chat or digital support.
– Excellent written English, including confident spelling and grammar.
– Comfort working with multiple tools and systems at the same time.
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
– A reliable internet connection and your own computer.
– Flexibility to work shifts across different times, including evenings or weekends when required.
– Additional customer-related requirements, such as a valid PSN ID active for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community bans in the past 12 months.
– You must have at least one 64-bit Windows 11 device. In the near future, we’ll also support Mac and Chromebooks.
