Limitless Technology is looking for a passionate, empathetic **Customer Service Chat Specialist** to join our global remote team of freelance support professionals.

In this role, you’ll represent one of the world’s most recognized gaming brands. You’ll work alongside hundreds of fellow gamers, using your skills to help others enjoy fast, smooth, and seamless experiences through clear, friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, resolve issues, and make every customer conversation feel effortless.

– Fully remote freelance hourly role
– Available shifts: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:30pm UTC
– Hourly pay: $5–$20 based on location, plus additional incentives for quality and volume
– You can select your own shifts
– To remain on the team, you must average at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat interactions
– As demand grows, we will add more regions and introduce 24/7 coverage to offer greater scheduling flexibility

**Your responsibilities**
– Use chat to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers to solutions
– Deliver accurate, high-quality support that meets service standards and matches the brand’s tone and values
– Escalate complicated cases to specialist teams when necessary
– Maintain clear, consistent notes for every interaction
– Keep up with product updates, service information, and policies to provide informed support
– Share insights on recurring problems to help improve the overall customer experience

**What you’ll need**
– Customer service experience, ideally through chat or digital support
– Strong written English, with excellent spelling and grammar
– Ability to confidently use multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet and a personal computer
– Flexibility to work across shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
– Any additional client-specific requirements, such as an active PSN ID for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gameplay per month, and no community suspensions in the past 12 months
– A minimum 64-bit Windows 11 device (Mac and Chromebooks support will be available soon)
