As a Senior Game Producer at Mob Entertainment, you’ll help lead the development of engaging interactive story experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and ensure our interactive story games deliver strong player experiences while meeting business goals. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and oversee the development process from concept through release, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Partner with development teams—including designers, artists, engineers, and QA testers—to set project objectives and key milestones.
With your direct reports, build an effective organizational structure, processes, and project plan that enable the team to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Budget and Resource Allocation:
Create and maintain project budgets, allocate resources appropriately, and monitor spending.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, where applicable.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure a consistently high standard of quality by overseeing testing and confirming that games meet internal quality benchmarks.
Risk Management:
Spot potential risks and issues early and develop strategies to reduce their impact.
Use data to make decisions that improve development processes and project results.
Communication:
Serve as the main communication hub for the development team, providing ongoing updates to stakeholders and resolving questions or blockers.
Clearly and enthusiastically communicate team goals and principles to support a positive, engaging, and fun workplace culture.
Product Vision:
Collaborate with the game design team to turn creative ideas into actionable development plans.
Ensure the final product reflects the project’s vision and goals.
Launch and Post-Launch Support:
Oversee game launches, coordinating with marketing and supporting community engagement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Game Development, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience as a Game Producer, including successful game launch experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Solid understanding of game development practices, including game design, art, programming, and QA.
Excellent project management skills, including experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment.
Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of player preferences and industry trends.
Experience working with teams using the Unreal Engine.
