Limitless Technology is looking for a live chat customer support specialist who is passionate and empathetic to join our worldwide network of remote freelance professionals.
In this role, you represent one of the most well-known video game brands in the world. You’ll work alongside hundreds of other players, using your expertise to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for gamers through fast, clear, friendly chat support. You’ll answer questions, help resolve issues, and ensure every customer interaction is easy and enjoyable.
– Fully remote, freelance position, paid hourly
– Available shifts Monday to Friday, currently 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (UTC)
– Hourly rate of $5 to $20 (depending on your location), plus additional performance bonuses based on quality and volume
– You choose your schedule
– To stay on the team, you must maintain an average of at least 20 hours per week and complete 100+ chat conversations
– Over time, we’ll expand support to all global markets and offer 24/7 shifts to maximize your flexibility

Your responsibilities
– Communicate with customers through chat to answer questions, resolve problems, and guide them to solutions
– Provide accurate, high-quality support in line with service standards, the brand tone, and its values
– Escalate complex cases to specialized teams when needed
– Keep clear, consistent notes for each interaction
– Stay up to date on product updates, service information, and policies to deliver relevant support
– Share feedback about recurring issues to help improve the overall customer experience
What you bring
– Proven customer support experience, ideally through chat or digital support
– Strong written English skills, with excellent spelling and grammar
– Ability to use multiple tools and systems at the same time
– Strong attention to detail, empathy, and problem-solving skills
– Reliable internet connection and your own computer
– Flexibility with different shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
– Additional client requirements, such as an active PSN ID that has been in good standing for at least 1 year, 8+ hours of gaming per month, and no community bans within the last 12 months
– At least one 64-bit Windows 11 device (Mac and Chromebook support will be added soon)
